My recent stay at Holiday Inn Des Moines-Downtown-Mercy Campus was a pleasant experience overall. the hotel is conveniently located close to the city's event centers, making it easy to explore the local attractions on foot. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of activities. Although I encountered a minor issue with the checkout process, the rest of my time at the hotel more than made up for it. the housekeeping service was prompt in providing extra towels when requested, ensuring that our room was always kept in top condition. The hotel's location near the historic Court Avenue District made it convenient to explore the city's attractions, such as the John and Mary Pappajohn Sculpture Park. the Cityscape Lounge offered a cozy atmosphere to unwind in the evenings, with a limited dinner menu to enjoy. Overall, Holiday Inn Des Moines-Downtown-Mercy Campus provided a comfortable retreat during my visit to Des Moines, Iowa. the welcoming staff, convenient location, and array of amenities made it a memorable stay, and I would recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a cozy and convenient accommodation option in the area.
